Following up on the excellent redesigned BlackShark V2 headset, and sharing much of what makes it our favorite PC headset right now, the V2 Pro variant of the BlackSHark is almost the safest choice you can make for a wireless headset for a PC.
The V2 Pro has a wonderfully lightweight design – though a bit heavier than its wired counterpart – and is extremely comfortable to wear for long periods of time. While cutting the strings that the wired V2 has, the V2 Pro has the same audio excellence, the same quality (and detachable microphone), the same TriForce titanium drivers that hazer has found so successful in these headphones, and, when paired with the all-new (ish) THX Spatial Audio app, a whole new world of audio play, customization, and refinement. While the V2 Pro headphones are great on their own, it’s the combination with the app that elevates them again.
Raising the budget to be able to ditch the cords and go wireless is probably worth it if you can get the BlackShark V2 Pro headset – it may not have the Razer RGB, but its battery life is also excellent. It’s my favorite headset now, and it should be yours if you’re looking for one of the best wireless gaming headsets.
