To work w/PS4, plug the Wireless Base (WB) into your PS4, flip the switch on the WB to PC then power up your console. I did not get sound and chat until I went into —> Settings —>Devices —> Audio Devices —> Output to Headphones —> select All Audio, and BAM! Now you have headsets that work on XB1 & PS4.

Also if it is compatible with the PS5 it’s a bonus but not necessary. I have tried the razor Megalodon which wasn’t a fan of and I really did not liked the NEW PS5 headset.
